BOOKING POLICIES 🤍 Please take a moment to review my booking policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking an appointment with Bonita Brows & Lashes, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. ~ LATE ARRIVALS ~ I completely understand that unexpected delays can happen! A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you are running late, please send me a message as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment to ensure I can remain on schedule for my other clients. If your appointment is cancelled due to a late arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. ~ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES ~ At least 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. This allows me enough time to offer your appointment to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. ~ NO-SHOWS ~ If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service price, which will be charged to the card on file. A new deposit may also be required before booking another appointment. ~ DEPOSITS ~ Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable. Your deposit may be applied toward your scheduled service or, when applicable, transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided. ~ THANK YOU 🤍 ~ I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
